Purpose
These terms govern participation in the AIxCompass Thought Leadership Awards. By registering, submitting, or participating in any part of the awards program, you agree to these terms.
Award Season
The awards program runs in defined seasons. Dates, deadlines, and recognition events are specific to each season and communicated through the awards platform.
- Season 1: August 2026.
Eligibility
Participation is open to product professionals from India who can submit one original case study grounded in real professional experience. Participants must create an AIxCompass account and complete registration before the stated deadline.
Submission Requirements
Each participant may submit one original case study per season. Submissions must be original work, reflect real professional experience, and comply with AIxCompass Content Guidelines. AI-assisted writing is permitted provided the underlying experience and thinking is genuine.
Recognition Categories
Recognition is awarded in five focus areas. Each participant selects one focus area at registration.

Public Choice Selection
Top 5 contributions in each focus area are identified through a combination of demonstrated thinking quality and audience engagement signals.

Participants and Winners
All approved participants are listed on the public leaderboard during the campaign period. Top 5 contributors in each focus area receive formal recognition at the virtual awards ceremony.
Recognition
Top 5 contributors receive a Thought Leadership Award title, winner certificate, physical trophy, special features, and a Product Leader of the Year 2026 feature in their focus area. All approved participants receive a participation certificate and campaign inclusion.
Disqualification
AIxCompass reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate submission requirements, manipulate engagement metrics, submit inauthentic work, or breach community standards. Disqualification decisions are final.
Changes or Cancellation
AIxCompass may modify dates, categories, recognition details, or other program elements at any time. In the event of cancellation, participation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
