RECOGNITION
FAQs
The Thought Leadership Awards are a national campaign for Product Leaders from India built around one original case study. Participants share real work, join a public campaign, and become eligible for Top 5 recognition in their selected focus area. The program rewards demonstrated thinking as well as meaningful audience engagement.
The season is designed for product professionals from India who can share one real-world experience through an original case study. You do not need a public following to participate. What matters most is the quality and relevance of the work you submit.
Every approved participant receives publication on AIxCompass, a participation certificate, inclusion in the Thought Leadership Campaign, campaign visibility support, and leaderboard participation. The experience is intentionally equal for all participants. Recognition then depends on approved work and how strongly it resonates with readers.
Approved participant case studies become part of the Thought Leadership Campaign for Product Leaders from India. The campaign is amplified through LinkedIn, publishing, and discovery channels to help participant stories and profiles reach audiences beyond their immediate networks. Platform availability, editorial decisions, timing, and audience response may vary.
Recognition is based on approved demonstrated thinking and meaningful audience engagement. AIxCompass first validates whether a case study reflects real experience, clear thinking, and useful learning. Views, reads, likes, and shares then help show how strongly the contribution resonates with the community.
The virtual ceremony closes the season on 7 August 2026 and celebrates the Top 5 contributions from each focus area. Participants, readers, and guests can join to hear campaign highlights and recognition announcements. It is designed as a shared closing moment for the whole community.
Register for the 2026 season, publish one real-world case study, and take part in a campaign built to help your work reach relevant readers.
