How will participants receive the event link?

Participants can expect event access details to be shared through their registered contact information before the ceremony. The exact delivery timing may depend on final event operations. Participants should make sure their registration details are current.

When are Top 5 contributions announced?

Top 5 contributions from each focus area are announced during the live ceremony on 7 August 2026. The leaderboard helps the community follow the campaign, but the official public recognition moment happens at the event.

Will trophies be shipped after the event?

Yes. Physical trophies for recognised contributors are intended to be shipped to the registered address after the ceremony. Shipping timelines can vary based on logistics and location.

Will the event be recorded?

A recording or selected highlights may be shared after the event if operationally feasible. However, participants should not assume that a full recording is guaranteed until the organisers confirm it. If you want to experience the complete ceremony, attending live is the best option.

What happens if I cannot attend live?

Not attending live does not remove a participant from recognition eligibility. Important announcements and follow-up communication can still be shared after the event. Even so, attending live is encouraged because it is the main public recognition moment for the season.
